Do I need to book in advance?
While we do offer walk-up tickets at our kiosks, we strongly recommend booking online in advance—especially for the Lady Dive Amphibus and cruises—as these frequently sell out during peak season.
How does the Golden Pass work?
When you check in for your tour, you will receive an official Golden Pass bracelet. Simply wear it or show it at any of our 25+ partner locations (restaurants, museums, and attractions) to instantly unlock your exclusive discounts.
Are the tours pet-friendly?
Yes! We are proud to be a pet-friendly operator. Well-behaved pets on a leash are welcome on the Amphibus, the Double Decker, and our River & Canal Cruises.
- Tip: For the Double Decker, we recommend the lower deck for your pet's comfort.
- Note: If you have a large dog that requires its own seat, a child’s ticket may be required.
Is there a cancellation or refund policy?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We recommend adding Ticket Insurance to your order at checkout. This exclusive option allows you the flexibility to rebook your tour for a different date or time with as little as 24 hours' notice. Without insurance, bookings are fixed and cannot be changed.
Are the tours wheelchair accessible?
We strive to accommodate all guests across our fleet, though accessibility varies by experience:
- Double Decker & City Buses: Most of our bus fleet is fully wheelchair accessible.
- Rideau Canal Cruise: Our canal fleet is fully accessible for standard and small-sized wheelchairs.
- Ottawa River Cruise: Wheelchair boarding is available only at our Gatineau departure point.
- Amphibus: Due to its unique nautical design and stairs, the Lady Dive Amphibus is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
Pro-Tip: To ensure the best experience, we recommend contacting our team 24 hours in advance so we can have the proper boarding assistance ready for your arrival.
