Where do the tours start?
For the Bus Tours (Double Decker / Amphibus): * Main Kiosk: 44 Sparks Street, Ottawa (right near the corner of Sparks & Elgin). This is the "home base" for checking in and redeeming bus vouchers.
For the River Cruises:
Ottawa Side: 1 Canal Lane (The Ottawa Locks). You walk left of the locks, past the Bytown Museum, right to the river dock.
Gatineau Side: Hull Marina (160 Laurier Street). This is located in Jacques Cartier Park.
For the Canal Cruises (Electric Boat):
Location: 1 Elgin Street (Behind the National Arts Centre, right beside the 1 Elgin St. Café).
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. To keep our prices competitive and our schedules precise, we do not offer refunds once a ticket is purchased.
Can I reschedule my tour?
Standard tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if you want total peace of mind, you can add Ticket Protection at checkout!
How does Ticket Protection work?
By opting for Ticket Protection, you gain the flexibility to reschedule your tour for any reason up to 24 hours before departure (subject to availability). This is the only way to move your booking if your plans change.
Are pets allowed on the tours?
Yes! We are proud to be one of the few pet-friendly attractions in the Capital. Whether it’s the River Cruise, the Canal, or the Bus Tour, your well-behaved pets are welcome at no extra charge.
What happens if it rains?
We sail rain or shine! Our vessels have large covered indoor lounges with panoramic windows, so you’ll stay dry while enjoying the views. If the Captain cancels a cruise due to dangerous conditions (extreme wind/lightning), you will be notified and offered a reschedule or refund.
