The tour duration is approximately 60 minutes, which includes a round trip from the Canal Locks to the Portage Bridge and back.

Is the river cruise wheelchair accessible?
- Ottawa side : Unfortunately, the Ottawa side of the river cruise is not accessible for wheelchairs.
- Gatineau side : Lower-level accessibility is available. Please note that the river cruise is only accessible from the Gatineau side for individuals with mobility difficulties.
Can I reschedule my tickets?
Unfortunately, all our tour tickets are non refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
