We have implemented a range of protocols to ensure all passengers have a safe and enjoyable experience on our cruises.
Tour Duration
Our tours include a 60-minute narrated sightseeing cruise. Total duration time from Ottawa may vary as some departures include an additional pick up and drop off in Hull (Gatineau), Quebec.
Arrival Time
To ensure timely departure, please arrive at least 30 minutes for Ottawa & 15 minutes for Hull prior to the scheduled departure time.
Onboard Facilities
All of our cruises are equipped with washrooms, and a fully licensed bar and snack menu are available for purchase during the cruise.

- Ottawa River Cruise (Gatineau Departure) : Paid parking is available at the Ottawa River Cruise Hull Marina.
- Ottawa River Cruise (Ottawa Departure) : No parking is available at the Ottawa Locks.

You can book the river tour in any of the following ways:

When should I arrive at the departure location?
We kindly request that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the departure time.
What does Premium seating mean?
Premium seating allows customers to board the boat first and choose their preferred seats before others.
Is the river cruise wheelchair accessible?
- Ottawa side : Unfortunately, the Ottawa side of the river cruise is not accessible for wheelchairs.
- Gatineau side : Lower-level accessibility is available. Please note that the river cruise is only accessible from the Gatineau side for individuals with mobility difficulties.
Can I reschedule my tickets?
Unfortunately, all our tour tickets are non refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Amazing views. The tour guide (Pascale) was great and shared some great facts with humor. Its a lovely way to see both side of the river and just to generally enjoy nature and views.
